Which vehicle is included in the price?

Mercedes-Benz Vito VIP

The Vito is the usual choice for up to six passengers with approximately six standard suitcases, subject to the actual size of the bags. It suits couples, families and small groups who want a private door-to-door transfer from IST.

If you are carrying a stroller, wheelchair, sports equipment or several oversized bags, include those details when requesting the quote. Passenger capacity alone does not guarantee luggage capacity.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

The Sprinter is designed for larger groups, up to 16 passengers, or for smaller groups that need additional luggage space. Choosing the larger category in advance is usually cheaper and simpler than discovering at the airport that two vehicles are required.

Review the private vehicle fleet and ask for written confirmation when your group is close to a capacity limit.

What is included in an Alo Transporter airport transfer?

• Private vehicle: the booking is reserved for your party, not shared with other passengers.
• Fixed agreed price: the quote is confirmed for the stated route and vehicle.
• Road charges: applicable highway, bridge and tunnel tolls and VAT are included in the agreed price.
• Meet & Greet: follow the meeting instructions supplied with the confirmed reservation.
• Flight monitoring: confirmed airport pickups are monitored using the flight details provided at booking.
• Waiting arrangement: up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting is included after the recorded landing time.

These inclusions apply to the agreed airport transfer. Additional stops, a changed destination or extended waiting should be priced separately before the journey.

Private transfer, taxi or public transport?

A taxi may work for a solo traveller with light luggage, but the final metered fare and vehicle space are not known in advance. Public transport can reduce the cash cost, but it may require changes and a separate journey from the final stop to the hotel.

A private transfer is most useful when you value a door-to-door vehicle, one confirmed price and a planned airport meeting. It can also be more efficient for a family or group than splitting across several taxis. It does not remove Istanbul traffic or guarantee an exact arrival minute.
