How do I book a private airport transfer in Istanbul?
You can reserve your transfer through our online airport transfer booking page or contact AloTransporter directly on WhatsApp. Enter your pickup location, destination, date, number of passengers and preferred vehicle to complete your request.
How far in advance should I book my airport transfer?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during weekends, holidays and busy travel periods. Standard reservations should normally be made at least several hours before the transfer, while earlier booking gives you the best vehicle availability.
Can I book an airport transfer on the same day?
Same-day transfers may be available depending on vehicle availability and pickup time. For urgent reservations, contact us directly on WhatsApp for the fastest confirmation.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
A credit card is not required for every booking. Available payment options are confirmed during the reservation process. You can start your reservation through our online booking form .

Is the airport transfer price per person or per vehicle?
AloTransporter transfer prices are charged per private vehicle, not per passenger. Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group. You can view current starting rates on our Istanbul airport transfer pricing page .
Are highway, bridge and tunnel tolls included?
Yes. Applicable highway, bridge and tunnel fees are included in your confirmed transfer price. The price is agreed before your journey so you know the cost before the transfer begins.
What payment methods does AloTransporter accept?
Payment options include cash payment to the driver and secure online payment options. The available method for your reservation is confirmed when the booking is arranged.

What happens when your flight arrives in Istanbul.
How does the airport Meet & Greet service work?
After your reservation is confirmed, you receive airport meeting instructions. Our representative meets you at the designated arrivals meeting point and assists you to your private vehicle. Specific pickup information is provided for Istanbul Airport transfers and Sabiha Gökçen Airport transfers .
What happens if my flight is delayed?
AloTransporter monitors your flight arrival information. When a flight is delayed, the airport pickup is adjusted according to the updated arrival time. This is why providing the correct flight number when booking is important.
How long will you wait after my flight lands?
Airport pickup services include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after landing. If you expect an unusual delay at immigration or baggage claim, contact our team as soon as possible.
What should I do if I cannot find the airport representative?

Which vehicle should I choose for my airport transfer?
The right vehicle depends on your number of passengers and amount of luggage. You can compare available Mercedes and Volkswagen vehicles on our private transfer fleet page.
How many passengers and suitcases fit in a VIP Mercedes Vito?
A VIP Mercedes Vito is suitable for up to 6 passengers and approximately 6 standard suitcases. If your group has oversized or additional luggage, tell us before booking so we can allocate the correct vehicle.
Do you have vehicles for larger groups?
Yes. Mercedes Sprinter and similar larger vehicles are available for groups that need more passenger or luggage capacity. Visit our AloTransporter fleet to see the main vehicle options.
Are child or booster seats available?
Child and booster seats can be requested in advance. Please provide the age and number of children when making your reservation so the appropriate equipment can be arranged.

What to do when your travel plans change.
Can I change my pickup time, flight or destination after booking?
Contact AloTransporter as soon as possible if your travel details change. Changes are subject to timing, route and vehicle availability. Updating us early helps us adjust your transfer correctly.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the reservation timing and booking circumstances. For the applicable rules, please review our Passenger Transportation and Service Agreement or contact us before cancelling your reservation.
What should I do if my flight number changes?
Send us the new flight number as soon as it becomes available. Accurate flight information allows our team to track the correct arrival and coordinate your airport pickup properly.
